Saturday Pig Roast

Weeks before the convention we order enough pig for about 500 people.

While most of us are watching the Bike Games or riding around on the Poker Run,
The Pig Roast Committee is busy pulling apart the pigs.

At 5:15 they pile a mound on a bun and fill your plate up with macaroni salad, potato salad, pork dressing
and applesauce and point you towards the BBQ sauce table and to grab a piece of cake. (may vary from year-to-year)

You can take a seat in the dinner tent, but most wander around the campground to eat with new friends.

Seconds are common but usually once thru is enough. A great value for $5.00
Note: don't lose the ticket we give you when you register, no ticket, no dinner.

If you get in line early, you can eat and get cleaned up in time to go on the Ice Cream Ride.

Beware, it leaves the front gate at 6:00 sharp to be back in time for Saturday Night's Meeting.
